Fisher? CV500 is a flanged or flangeless eccentric plug valve with reversible metal seat ring and splined shaft.   The CV500 is available in NPS 3 through 12 (DN 80 through 300) , CL150/300/600 (PN 10 through PN 100). The camming of the segmented ball permits high capacity flow, and the valve body (being similar to the V500) gives it rugged strength.
